RETURN POLICY — LUXXARRO

At LUXXARRO, we strive to provide a transparent and simple return process in accordance with consumer protection laws. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

The item is in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Reason for the return (e.g., faulty item or unwanted item)

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail. Once your request is received, our team will provide return authorization and instructions within 24–48 hours. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & FEES

Restocking Fees: LUXXARRO does not charge any restocking fees.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, LUXXARRO will cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Standard Returns (Unwanted Items): For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items with clear signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Items missing original packaging or components.

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law, including your right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We will offer:

A free replacement

A full refund (including original shipping costs).
