How to Use
Choose your preferred massage head and press and hold the power button to begin. Start at a low intensity and gradually increase the speed as needed. Gently move the massager over the desired muscle area using slow, controlled movements.
After use, switch off the device, clean the massage head and store the massager in its storage pouch.
